Activation rules vary by plan. Check the plan and installation instructions before installing, as some plans start on installation and others on first network connection.

Hotspot availability depends on the plan and device. Check the product details or ask support before buying if sharing data is important to you.

Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Model and regional variants can differ; check our compatibility page before purchasing.

Access depends on the plan and how its traffic is routed. Do not assume every China eSIM includes this capability; check the specific product details or ask support.

We email you a private order link. Once your eSIM is ready, that page shows its QR code and installation details. Delivery usually takes a few minutes after payment is confirmed, but some orders need longer. Check your spam folder and order status before contacting support.

Open your order page and choose QR, Quick Install or Manual entry. Quick Install appears for supported devices and valid installation codes; otherwise use the QR or copy the manual details. Connect to Wi-Fi, follow your plan's instructions and do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting.

A fixed-data plan gives you one allowance for the whole period. A daily plan has a daily allowance and may slow down or stop after it is used. Unlimited plans can have a stated speed cap or fair-use conditions. Read the data and speed details on the exact plan you choose.

Treat a plan as data-only unless its details explicitly include calls, SMS or a phone number. WhatsApp, Zalo and similar apps work over data, but that is not the same as mobile-network calls or SMS. Keeping your home SIM does not remove your home carrier's roaming charges.

Supported orders have a data-usage panel with a refresh button, usage figures and available validity information. Carrier records can be delayed, so check the update time. Not every plan supports this, and daily or Unlimited plans may not show a remaining balance. You can also check usage in your phone settings.

Use the methods shown at checkout, including supported cards and PayPal. Wallets and other local methods depend on your device, location and availability at checkout. Your bank may ask you to verify a card payment. Never send support your full card number, security code or banking verification code.

Contact us while your plan is still valid so we can check setup and the connection. A verified BellRoam or network fault that prevents service may qualify for a full refund; partly used service may qualify for a replacement or refund of the unused portion. Mistaken purchases and incompatible or locked phones are not normally refundable. See the full Refund Policy.

Choose human support in the chat and leave an email address or WhatsApp number, plus your order number if you have one. You can also use our Contact page. Signing in lets you see your account's orders; a private order link also works without signing in. Do not post your QR or activation code publicly.
