Frequently asked questions
When does my data validity start?
Validity begins the moment your eSIM connects to the local network — not at the time of purchase. You can install it days in advance without using up any days.
Does the plan include hotspot / tethering?
Yes — all BellRoam plans support hotspot sharing so you can connect your laptop or tablet through your phone.
My phone is carrier-locked. Will it work?
No. Your device must be carrier-unlocked to use an eSIM from a different provider. Check with your carrier or try dialling *#06# to see your EID.
What if I run out of data?
You can purchase an additional plan and install it alongside your existing one. Most phones support multiple eSIM profiles.
I didn't receive my eSIM email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. You can also view your eSIM at any time on your order page — the link was in your confirmation email. If you still need help, contact [email protected].
