Data We Collect

We collect your email address and order details (product purchased, amount paid, payment reference) solely to deliver your eSIM and provide customer support.

We do not collect your name, phone number, or any device identifiers beyond what is technically necessary to process your order.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used to send your eSIM and order confirmation. We may send order-related follow-ups (e.g. if your eSIM has not been activated).

We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal and Airwallex. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full payment details. Please refer to their privacy policies for how they handle payment data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with our eSIM suppliers to the extent necessary to activate your plan, and with payment processors to complete your transaction.

Data Retention & Deletion

Order records are kept for accounting and support purposes. To request deletion of your personal data, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and your order number.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use first-party cookies that are necessary for orders and sign-in. When analytics or advertising tags are enabled we also use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure how the site is used and how our ads perform.

In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland these tags stay off until you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer; it is kept in a cookie for 180 days.

When you arrive from an ad, we keep the ad click identifiers (such as gclid or fbclid) and campaign parameters with your order for up to 90 days, only if you allowed advertising cookies or you are outside those regions. To measure our ads we may send your purchase (order value, a hashed email, browser and IP details) to Google and Meta through their server-side tools. Rejecting advertising cookies stops this.
