USDT Payout Risk Disclosure

What You Receive

Affiliate payouts are made in a USD-pegged stablecoin. On the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) this token is Binance-Peg BSC-USD, a wrapped representation issued by Binance — it is not the native Tether-issued USDT and its value depends on Binance honoring the peg and custody.

For accounting, commissions are denominated in USD and settled at a fixed 1:1 USD-to-USDT rate; each payout still records the conversion rate and timestamp for audit.

Stablecoin & Peg Risk

Stablecoins can lose their peg. The token you receive may trade below USD 1.00, and in extreme cases the issuer or custodian could freeze, restrict, or fail to redeem it. BellRoam does not guarantee the market value, redeemability, or convertibility of the tokens you receive.

Network & Wallet Risk

You must supply a wallet address on the exact network we specify (BEP-20 / BNB Smart Chain, chain ID 56). Sending to an address on the wrong network, or an incorrect address, will result in permanent, unrecoverable loss.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a payout is broadcast to the address you provided, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded by BellRoam.

You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. BellRoam never asks for, stores, or has access to your private key or seed phrase.

Fees, Tax & Compliance

Network (gas) fees may apply and can be deducted from or added to the payout as disclosed at the time of settlement. You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions in your jurisdiction, and for ensuring that receiving crypto payouts is lawful where you live.
