Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

The BellRoam Affiliate Program lets registered account holders earn a commission on qualifying eSIM purchases made through their unique referral link. You must have a BellRoam account to participate.

Affiliates who are also wholesale agents may be converted or suspended to prevent double-dipping between agent discounts and affiliate commissions.

2. Commission

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net amount the referred customer actually pays at the time an order is marked PAID — after any vouchers or discounts, excluding taxes and fees.

Standard tier earns 10%. Affiliates who reach 10 approved orders or USD 300 of approved referred revenue are upgraded to 20%. Upgrades apply to future checkouts only and are never retroactive.

Referrals are lifetime-attributed: once a referred customer's first order is PAID, all of that customer's future orders are credited to the original affiliate, even if cookies are lost.

3. Approval, Refunds & Chargebacks

Commissions are held PENDING through a reconciliation window. A full refund voids the related commission; a partial refund recalculates it on the remaining amount.

Refunds or chargebacks occurring after a commission has been locked or paid are recovered as an adjustment against a future payout.

Commissions from self-referrals, fraud, or abuse are voided and may result in suspension.

4. Payouts

Payouts are made in the USDT stablecoin only (see the USDT Risk Disclosure). A minimum balance of USD 50 is required; amounts below the minimum roll over to the next cycle.

Commissions accrued in a given month are reconciled and paid out on the 25th of the following month, on the Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh business calendar.

You are solely responsible for providing a correct wallet address on the correct network. Transfers sent to an address you supplied cannot be reversed.

5. Referral Links & Conduct

Do not use spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, or incentivized-click schemes. BellRoam may withhold commissions and terminate participation for policy violations.

BellRoam may change commission rates, thresholds, or these terms at any time. Rate changes apply to new checkouts only.
