1. Products & Eligibility

BellRoam sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans for Thailand, China, and Vietnam. By completing a purchase you confirm that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.

eSIM plans are personal and non-transferable. One plan may only be installed on one device.

2. Delivery

Plans are delivered digitally — your eSIM QR code and activation instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout and are also accessible on your order page.

Delivery typically occurs within minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases of high demand it may take up to a few hours.

3. Data Validity & Usage

Validity starts when your eSIM first connects to the local mobile network, not at the time of purchase. You may install the eSIM in advance without losing any validity days.

Data speeds depend on the local network operator, coverage area, and network congestion. BellRoam is a reseller and is not liable for carrier-side outages or speed limitations.

4. China Plans

China eSIM plans use international roaming and bypass the Great Firewall, allowing access to Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, and similar services. You must install the eSIM before entering mainland China.

BellRoam does not guarantee access to any specific service and cannot be held responsible for changes in local regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BellRoam's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant plan.
