Full Refund

You are eligible for a 100% refund if your eSIM has not been activated and cannot be installed due to a verified carrier-side technical issue.

Purchased by mistake? Contact [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. Unactivated orders are refunded in full.

No Refund

No refund is issued once the eSIM has been activated or any data has been consumed, except where required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for compatibility issues caused by a device being carrier-locked or not supporting eSIM — please check your device before purchasing.

Partial Refund

If your eSIM stops working mid-plan due to a verified supplier-side fault, we will offer a pro-rated refund or a replacement plan at our discretion.
