We do not collect your name, phone number, or any device identifiers beyond what is technically necessary to process your order.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used to send your eSIM and order confirmation. We may send order-related follow-ups (e.g. if your eSIM has not been activated).

We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal and Airwallex. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full payment details. Please refer to their privacy policies for how they handle payment data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with our eSIM suppliers to the extent necessary to activate your plan, and with payment processors to complete your transaction.

Data Retention & Deletion

Order records are kept for accounting and support purposes. To request deletion of your personal data, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and your order number.
